Katelyn, Grace Bonney, me
Last night, I attended the Design*Sponge meet up in Athens. It was an absolute ball- good friends, a fun band and of course, the brilliant Grace Bonney, founder of D*S. My friend Katelyn took a night off from her new restaurant, Everbest Market (pssst, Atlanta folks- have you been?! more about it here!) and we had a fun girls night out. We ate, we chatted, we met some fun design lovers and we took a few pictures at the adorable photo booth, complete with pink ombre backing... can't wait to see the pictures from that!
While we're on the subject of D*S, last month, I bookmarked a fabulous house tour from the site. The home just exudes eclecticness (is that a word?!) and really captures a perfect mix of two styles that are hard to pair: industrial + rustic. Check it out!

ReplyDeleteI love this yummy combination. I have been craving some rustic/industrial in my house like a big ol' farm table and metal chairs. What IS it about those combined elements that is so appealing? This house is so interesting - thanks for sharing.
